Brand new Changing Facilities and Treatment Room at the Spa

Immerse yourself
Phase one of the full Lower Mill Estate Spa refurbishment is complete and looking fabulous

In January of this year, Conservation Builders Ltd got to work dismantling the old changing rooms and treatment rooms to make way for a newly re-designed space that provides our residents with more room and the outstanding level of finish they have come to expect at Lower Mill.

One feature that really stands out is the mixture of different materials which have been incorporated into the design creating a natural, textured feel that is befitting of the wider estate – The limestone clad hallway leads to the treatment room which is accentuated by a rough-sawn timber wallpaper and granite tiles. The changing rooms follow the same pattern of material mixing, with marble and cave-stone walls complimenting timber driftwood detailing.

The second phase of the ongoing spa works, which will include an impressive new reception area and lounge with food and beverage facilities, has already begun and will be completed by the end of July.

We appreciate your patience and understanding whilst the spa refurbishment is completed and we hope that the new changing facilities serve as a reminder that any disruption will be worth it in the long run.

The Spa remains open so please enjoy your summer relaxing around the pools.
