June is a wonderful time of year at Lower Mill Estate. Spring has seamlessly drifted into glorious Summer and the estate is engulfed in a deluge of wildlife and nature. What a perfect time to give you an update on the ever evolving beating heart of our community, Millstone Park.
The much sought after “Ballihoo” restaurant is entering its final stage and will be ready to welcome hungry customers in the third week of July. Prepare for rustic gastro cuisine made with the freshest local produce.
It is also wonderful to see that the new 3G artificial turf MUGA court, opened in Autumn 2014, has proved to be very popular indeed. A safe, fun surface for the whole family to enjoy.
Our new and improved Children’s play area continues to buzz with youthful exuberance and our tennis court remains a favourite with residents and guests alike. We have also built a new overflow car park on the southern edge of Millstone Park to resolve any parking issues across the estate and allow everyone to enjoy Summer at Lower Mill in perfect harmony.
The next year will see more exciting development across Millstone Park including our new open picnic area, teenage play area and the Jeremy Paxton memorial garden, which will offer residents the opportunity to sponsor a tree and watch it grow. We hope you enjoy the new facilities.
