Lovely house, well kitted out. Very comfortable stay. Great location for everything on site. We added to the puzzles at the house and left some new ones.
Suggestion would be to put a blind on top window in master suite as very bright in early morning.

The property was good, it would have benefited from having a glass top to the outdoor table. We had an issue with the shower in 1 of the en-suites but this was resolved quickly by the maintenance team.

Property wasn’t ready at 4pm as suggested, however the facilities on site to use were great to pass the time whilst it was being prepared

Fantastic property and facilities, spotlessly clean and great quiet location. My only negative was that we had an infestation of flies one evening when we had the doors open which we were not warned about. I recommend you inform guests that this could be likely and when to not open doors

Immaculate, superb layout and facilities.
Faultless and very clean. All furniture to a high standard. Enjoyed roof top garden.
Slight problem with exterior table (needs glass table top to add stability).
With young children we would have preferred screens to the patio area.
And of course- air...

Needed bigger cooking pans as the property is for 12 people, cooking pasta and rice was awkward in 3 smaller pans

Whilst we enjoyed our stay at Lower Mills, the accommodation was shabby and in need of upgrade. The decking to the front and rear was rotten and needed replacement, the BBQ did not work, and when we found the BBQ cooking equipment, in a case, it was all mouldy. When we brushed the floor on the first night, after a meal with kids, there was a lot of white dog hairs, which must have been from the previous occupiers. One of the ovens did not work and there was a missing plug for the bathroom sink.

On the whole the property was excellent and id be very comfortable to book it again.
These are a few things id recommend reviewing or repairing.
The external electric cabinet door is on the floor with broken hinges.
The hot tub lid would benefit from having a frame on for opening and closing it rather than sliding it off.
The drains in the sinks and the baths need some unblocker putting down them, water builds up quickly or is very slow to drain.
The down stairs tv has a kebab stick holding it onto the bracket.
External George forman grill is damaged- reported via email on the day we arrived.
