Spook-tacular Pumpkin Trail and competition
From the 18th of October to the 3rd of November join us on our Halloween Pumpkin Trail. We’ve scattered 30 pumpkin faces across the Estate. When you find a pumpkin face simply write down its number on our handy map. If you discover 10 pumpkin faces you’ll win a prize from our Activity Hub. Locate all 30 and you will get a special treat!

Dress up in your scariest Halloween costume during your stay with us and tag us on Instagram @lowermillestate to be in with the chance of winning a hamper!

Mini Pumpkin Carving
Join us for an afternoon of mini pumpkin carving at Ballihoo on the 24th of October from 1500-1700. For only £5 per pumpkin, we’ve pre-hollowed each one for ease so you can get creative with your pumpkin design. Simply email the Ballihoo team to secure your place.

Halloween themed treats
From a special Halloween-themed pizza to ghostly hot chocolates or cocktails for the adults, pop into Ballihoo between the 18th of October and the 3rd of November to sample these delightful treats!

Nature Crafts for Kids
Get involved in our Nature Craft sessions for kids, suitable for those ages 4-8. Join our Ecologist for some fun nature-based arts and crafts such as creating leaf collages, habitat box making, making bird feeders and more!

Nature Explorers for Kids
Perfect for children who love the great outdoors, join our Ecologist for a Nature Explorer session, learning more about nature on our beautiful Estate. From pond dipping to bug hunting and more, see what you can spot along the way!
