Spend quality family time on the lakes with our Mega Sup! Available for us at Somerford Lagoon and Spinney Lake, this large paddleboard can accommodate up to 6 people, allowing you to work together to explore the waterways or simply relax while someone else does the paddling.

Explore the water on one of our Katakanus. Holding up to six adventurers, these boats are uncapsizable and make it super easy and relaxing to navigate the waterways! Katakanus are available on a two-hour hire and are kept at the water’s edge, making for a stress-free afternoon on the water.

Whether you are new to paddleboarding, or a seasoned professional, the sheltered water at Lower Mill Estate is the perfect setting for fun on the water. With the assistance of a fully qualified paddleboard sports instructor, you will soon find your balance and be ready to try some more technical manoeuvres.

Combining a mixture of yoga styles, our yoga sessions are perfect for any age group and any ability to join in. All equipment is included but feel free to bring your own if you would prefer. Classes are held at the Pilates studio in Mill Village. £15 per person.

Join our Ecologist for some nature-based arts and crafts fun, aiming to teach children about nature and the animals that live on the Estate through fun and engaging crafts! Children will get involved in a variety of nature-themed activities such as; creating leaf collages, habitat box making, making bird feeders for the wildlife on the Estate and leaf rubbing. £8 per person.

A great opportunity for families or adults keen to learn more about the estate's wildlife. Sessions are designed to help children learn more about nature on the estate in engaging and interactive ways! Join our Ecologist, James on a FREE Summer wildlife walk at Lower Mill Estate. Available on 16th July. This is a great opportunity to explore the areas of the inner Estate. On the walk, you will learn more about the various habitats and species that call Lower Mill Estate home and find the best places to spot wildlife while on your holiday.

Test your skills and learn something new with our kids' football camp, available for children aged 6 to 12 years old. Our UEFA Licensed coach Aaron will teach you ball mastery as you practice your techniques followed by a friendly tournament in teams. £25 per person.

CURRENTLY CLOSED - The Miss Mouse Trail is a family-friendly treasure trail around Lower Mill Estate's acres of nature reserve, encouraging children to get to know as many species as possible around the estate. Follow the Miss Mouse Trail map to locate each character and note the code on each treasure chest to win a special Miss Mouse goody bag!

If you're a seasoned angler, you'll be pleased to learn that just a short 5-minute walk from your property sits Mill Lake. An exclusive lake for our guests only and ready for you to cast off and fish until your heart's content. Teeming with Carp, Tench and Bream, Mill Lake has everything you need for a relaxing day by the water's edge.

A wonderful place for wildlife spotting, the nature reserve supports a wide range of plants, insects, birds and animals.
