To support safe and smooth entry and exit from the pool, please arrive no earlier than five minutes before your session time.
If your plans change, your booking can be easily amended or cancelled through our online booking system. We kindly ask that you update your booking so we can offer the space to other guests.
A 15‑minute grace period applies to all bookings. After this time, we reserve the right to offer your space to guests on the waitlist. If you are running late, please let the team know.
Guest access begins at 1000. Please note, our estate facilities are shared with homeowners, who have access beforehand.
Sauna and steam room access requires a pool booking.
Treatments do not include guaranteed access to the pool, sauna or steam room; if you wish to use these facilities, a separate booking is advised. Please speak to the team when booking your treatment.
If you have any health concerns or are unsure whether cold‑water immersion is suitable for you, please seek advice from a medical professional before entering our eco-pool. Children must be supervised at all times. If at any point you feel unwell, light‑headed or uncomfortable, please exit the water immediately.
**Our eco-pool may be closed due to weather conditions or low temperatures.
†The pool cover may occasionally be in place during these hours to retain heat and keep the water clear. If the cover is on during opening hours, please feel free to remove it and jump in.
Please note: Access to the Leisure & Wellness Club is reserved exclusively for homeowners and rental guests staying at a property with club access at Lower Mill Estate.
